As I was wondering around the Paris Photo show last december, I crossed prints of Mona Kuhns work and was immediately captivated by them.
The small depth in field, the pastel colors, the off-focus subjects, everything was so perfectly integrated into the square format image. It reminds me the work of a Japanese photographer named Rinko Kawauchi who uses a similar technic for different subjects. I’ll do an article about her soon.
